Cinnamon is one of those spices that trigger delicious memories of warm apple pie and grandma’s rice pudding.  While sprinkling this spice on top of desserts is common, here are 3 ways to incorporate this healing spice into your everyday food.
  1. Break a cinnamon  stick in half and place it in your rice or stew while it cooks, to add an  exotic flavor!
  2. Add a tablespoon to your coffee grounds in the morning for a naturally flavored coffee option.
