Harper’s Bazaar UK – In a nutshell, my job involves… overseeing the entire process, from conception to fruition, of every private dinner, business lunch, drinks party, birthday, product-launch meeting, member talk or music evening that takes place at Mark’s Club. In my capacity as the events manager, my role includes meeting members and clients, tailoring the surroundings and service to their specific needs while maintaining the integrity and exclusivity of the club, liaising with our head chef Nicolas Laridan on menus, writing name cards, ordering flowers, booking DJs, hosting tastings and even checking in coats on the night. In my new additional role as assistant general manager, I also support our club director Darius Namdar with gatekeeping of the club from day to day…
